 Writing and reading skills

Hello readers!

Today I'm sharing with you this great activity for your children to practice not only their writing skills, but also their reading and comprehension. 

You will only need pencils and white sheets of paper.

For this activity, you will set a topic and the students will have to write about it.

My favourite animal:

You can ask students to write about their favourite animal, it's parts and main features, where does it live, what does it eat, etc. They mus't write the name of the animal. Later, you will collect all of the writings and hand them back making sure no student gets its own writing. Now, students must read their assigned writing and guess what animal is it. They should write the name of the animal and make a drawing of it. Finally, you can upload their drawings to the following website to bring them to life.
